For us, zero kilometer is a way of life. We know exactly where every ingredient comes from, valuing not only its quality but also our relationship with the producer. The fisherman with the freshest catch, the farmer who respects the land, or the oil maker who presses only the best olives. With patience and craftsmanship, these ingredients become dishes that reveal Menorca’s soul.
The menu, created by José María Borrás, is a tribute to Mediterranean cuisine with a Menorcan touch. Chef Laura Palaiakis transforms the best local ingredients into dishes that may seem simple but are rooted in precision, technique, and sensitivity.
