Cancellation Policy

No-shows and early departures:
In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

Non-refundable rates:
Promotional or non-refundable rates do not allow modifications or cancellations. The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Modifications:
Requests to change the booking dates or details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation policy:
Your reservation will be confirmed once 50% of the total amount has been paid as a deposit. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the booking.

• For cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date of the stay: the deposit will be refunded.
• For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the stay: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• For cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the stay: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
