El Pinar: the ceremony under the pines

This pine forest within the property accommodates up to 150 guests for ceremony as well as cocktail or banquet, with the dappled shade of the treetops and the resinous aroma as the only decorative elements needed. Outdoor music is permitted until midnight —with the usual decibel limits in rural areas—, enough for the party to have no premature curfew.

Accommodation: 22 refuges with their own personality

None of Son Xotano's 22 rooms resembles another. Each has its own character —a wall color, an antique piece, a different view over the olive grove or lavender garden— and together they allow accommodation for up to 44 people within the property: the innermost circle, sleeping under the same roof that has witnessed the ceremony and the party. Total exclusivity of the grounds requires booking the entire house, with a minimum of three nights (two are possible before May 15 or after September 15), which turns the wedding into a multi-day experience: relaxed arrival, celebration and a morning after for slow breakfast, almost in pajamas, with the same guests from the night before.

Gastronomy and celebration

Son Xotano's cuisine is designed, not chosen from a catalog. For celebrations of up to 120 guests, it is the house's own team that designs the menu from scratch, based on seasonal Mediterranean and island produce —ramellet tomatoes, market fish, oil from the estate's own olive groves, wine from the estate's own vines—; from that figure onward, the organization also opens to external catering providers. Decoration, sound and setup are contracted separately, with a list of house-recommended providers who know every corner of the estate and its acoustic and lighting particularities. And around the banquet, Son Xotano offers a catalog of experiences that extend the celebration beyond the table: private yoga sessions among the vineyards at dawn, guided tastings of the property's wines, massages, boat trips to hidden coves of the nearby coast, bicycle routes through the rural paths of Pla de Mallorca and art workshops for those who prefer to take something made with their hands, not just with memory.
